How do I pay?
Cash on Delivery (COD) is the only payment method available right now — you pay when your order arrives. Online payment options are not live yet.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is a flat ৳70 within Dhaka and ৳130 outside Dhaka, shown at checkout before you place your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — you can cancel your own order any time before it has been picked up for delivery, from your Orders page. Once an order has been picked up, self-service cancellation is no longer available.
Can I return an item?
Yes — you can request a return within 7 days of delivery, from your Orders page. See our Returns page for more.
