By using ALOS Mart, you agree to these terms. Please use the website lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt it, access accounts that aren't yours, or misuse any part of the service.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us (name, phone, address) and for keeping your account credentials to yourself. You can also check out as a guest without creating an account.

We describe our products as accurately as we can, but availability can change — an item may sell out between when you view it and when you check out. Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and may change at any time; the price shown to you at checkout is the price that applies to your order.

Placing an order is an offer to buy; we confirm it once it's successfully created in our system, and you'll see an order confirmation with your order number. In the rare case of a pricing or stock error, we may contact you to correct or cancel that order before it's fulfilled.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently the only payment method available on ALOS Mart — you pay the courier in cash when your order is delivered. No online/card payment is currently live on this website.

Delivery charge is ৳70 within Dhaka and ৳130 outside Dhaka, shown at checkout before you place your order. We currently deliver nationwide across Bangladesh. Full details are on our Shipping Policy page.

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery from your Orders page. If an item is defective, damaged, or wrong, ALOS Mart covers return shipping; for change-of-mind or other non-fault returns, return shipping is your responsibility. Full details are on our Returns page.

Discount codes are subject to any conditions shown with them (such as a minimum order amount or an active date range) and may be limited, changed, or withdrawn at any time.

Please don't use ALOS Mart for anything unlawful, to place fraudulent orders, or to interfere with the website's normal operation.

The ALOS Mart name, logo, and the content on this website belong to ALOS Mart and may not be used without our permission.

We work to keep ALOS Mart accurate and reliable, but the website is provided as-is, and we can't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, our responsibility for any issue is limited to resolving it through our normal returns/refund process.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect how ALOS Mart actually works. Continuing to use ALOS Mart after a change means you accept the updated terms.
