You can request a return within 7 days of your order being delivered.
How to request a return
Log in, go to your Orders page, open the delivered order, and submit a return request with the item(s) and reason.
Return shipping
If the item is defective, damaged, or wrong, ALOS Mart covers return shipping. For change-of-mind or other non-fault returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We'll confirm which applies when your return request is reviewed.
