Privacy Policy

When you create an account, place an order, or contact us, we collect the information needed to do that: your name, phone number, and (if you provide one) email address; your delivery address, including district, thana/upazila, and area address; and details of the order itself — items, quantities, and prices. We do not collect or store any card, bank, or mobile-banking payment details, because Cash on Delivery is currently the only payment method available on ALOS Mart — you pay the courier directly when your order arrives.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to run checkout; your shopping bag and wishlist are remembered in your browser's local storage. These work whether or not you agree to measurement. Measurement only with your permission: Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel load only after you choose Accept in "Privacy choices" (link at the bottom of every page). If you choose Reject, or make no choice, they do not load, and shopping and Cash on Delivery checkout work exactly the same. You can change your mind at any time from the same link; withdrawing stops measurement from that moment. With your permission, these services measure page, product, search, cart, checkout and purchase interactions (for example the products and the order value) and may use cookies or device identifiers under their own policies. When you place an order after accepting, we may also send Meta the same purchase details directly from our server (Meta Conversions API), together with your browser's technical details (browser type, IP address and Meta's own browser cookie), so the purchase is counted once even if a browser blocks the Pixel. We keep your choice for 180 days. Purchase details waiting to be sent to Meta are kept for at most 24 hours and deleted after they are sent or if you withdraw. We do not send your name, address, phone number, form contents, passwords, payment details, supplier/cost/margin data or admin activity through these integrations.

We use your information to create and manage your account, process and deliver your orders, handle returns and customer support requests, and communicate with you about an order you've placed. Privacy-minimized storefront interaction measurements help us understand product discovery and improve the shopping experience; they are not used to expose supplier, cost, margin, password, payment, or admin data.

We share the minimum information necessary with service providers that help operate ALOS Mart — including delivery/courier partners, hosting and database providers, and configured storefront analytics providers such as Google and Meta. We do not sell your information to anyone.

We keep your account and order information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward, so we can help with order history, returns, and any support you need. You can ask us to delete your account information at any time (see "Your rights" below).

We take reasonable steps to protect your information and restrict access to it to what's needed to run ALOS Mart. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so we ask that you also keep your account password private and avoid sharing your login with anyone else.

While ALOS Mart sells products for kids and newborns, our website and accounts are intended to be used by parents and guardians, not by children directly.

You can view and update most of your account information directly from your Account page at any time. To request a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion of your account, contact us using the details below.

If we make a meaningful change to how we handle your information, we'll update this page. Continuing to use ALOS Mart after a change means you accept the updated policy.
